ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership.  The Board is responsible for defining the organization’s mission and purpose, setting policy, strategic planning, establishing long-term goals, allocation of resources and monitoring organizational outcomes.
