Time Management WorkshopPersonal productivity is about self-management and improving habits to maximize use of time. This class reviews tips to improve skills and conduct a self-analysis of how you use your time. The class also discusses the importance of prioritizing and applies lessons that can improve work-life balance.

Mixing & Managing GenerationsThis class is for anyone looking to better communicate with those in their workplace. Tips and strategies are given for working with people who have difference communication preferences. This class is open to the full (non-YP) ABC members.

Integrated Lean Project DeliveryLearn how to add more value for your customers while meeting schedule and budget requirements. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a project delivery approach that integrates people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results.

Leadership AcademyThe Academy offers 6 classes that meet bi-weekly and offer a First Level (for new and emerging leaders) and a Second Level (experienced leaders who are looking to gain new skills or new ways to improve goals). Attendees do not have to have attended the Emerging Leaders Sessions (First Level) previously to attend the Second Level.
