Young Professionals

The ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter Young Professionals (YP) program is dedicated to shaping the future of the construction industry by fostering the development of young professionals employed by ABC member companies. This program offers professionals under 40 the chance to network, build relationships with their peers, and gain valuable insights from diverse perspectives. Its key goals are to strengthen connections, enhance skills, and advance careers.

Young professionals within the Rocky Mountain Chapter engage in a wide range of programs and resources, connecting with other industry professionals through both association-wide initiatives and events created specifically by the YP Committee. The YP Committee organizes networking opportunities, leadership development, educational sessions, and community service outreach activities, all aimed at empowering the next generation of construction leaders.
