If you would like to register for an event or sponsorship and pay with a check, please contact ABC Rocky Mountain at (303) 832-5812 or info@abcrmc.org and you will be registered and invoiced for your registration(s) and/or sponsorship(s). Please do not complete an online registration. Your registration(s) and/or sponsorship(s) will be recorded by an ABC Rocky Mountain staff member. Thank you!
Event Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All event cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@abcrmc.org or by phone call to (303) 832-5812 at least (5) business days prior to the event.Â
No refunds will be made for requests received outside that time frame. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original registration payment. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.Â
Attendee substitutions may be made up to (2) days prior to the event. Please inform ABC Rocky Mountain of any substitutions via email to info@abcrmc.org or phone call to (303) 832-5812.
All education and training classes have strict start times. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted to the class. Some events and classes have minimum registration requirements and may be canceled if not met.
In the event a class or event is cancelled, you will receive notice of the cancellation at the email address provided at the time of registration. All registrations will receive a full refund for any canceled class or event. Registrants will also have the option to apply any monies paid for the class or event to a future class or event.
