Leadership Academy
The ABC Leadership Academies are designed to impart new leadership skills to attendees and hone existing skills. Attendees go through six sessions, each of which are geared for practical application in the real world. Two Academies are offered, one for Emerging Leaders and one for Experienced Leaders. Construction Quality Management
The Corps of Engineers requires all contractors performing construction for them to comply with the “Contractor Quality Control” (CQC) requirements in their contracts. In cooperation with the construction industry, the Corps developed this training course for the purpose of familiarizing all quality management personnel with the Corps of Engineers, Construction Quality Management (CQM) policies and procedures. Building Client Relationships
This session will be focused on identifying and managing client expectations, building strong client relationships, and maintaining the proper attitude towards serving the client’s long-term needs. The intended audience is participants that are client-facing and have responsibility for developing, managing, and growing client relationships for their organization. |

Project Management
The ABC Project Management Institute is 80 hours of instruction in two non-concurrent 40-hour sessions with an interim period between classes for applied assignments and reporting. This intensive management education program is held at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana by Kirk Alter. Classes are in session from 8:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. with a welcoming dinner and reception on Tuesday evening and a closing graduation banquet at the end of the course.
