Strategic Plan Announcement - ABC Looking Forward

I am excited to announce ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter’s new strategic plan. The plan is the result of a deliberative process with input from ABC membership. Five strategic priorities serve as the pillars of the plan:

1)     Membership
2)     Organizational Stewardship & Governance
3)     Political Advocacy
4)     Safety
5)     Workforce Development

Our strategic plan is our “North Star”, it provides a framework of goals, objectives, and actions to set priorities and guide the chapter’s performance for 2023 and beyond.

What’s Next: We won’t be wasting any time! Our staff and committees are in progress.  Implementation of the plan will be a team effort that will take the work and commitment of our committees, task force groups, staff, and Board of Directors. We look forward to updating you as we go along. 
 
Thanks to all who gave input on this plan. The ideas presented by ABC members were all extremely valuable to our efforts.  Please consider joining one of our committees this year and help us engage new members. We look forward to seeing you at our events and activities.
