ABCRMC collects and uses your personal information to operate the ABCRMC Web site and deliver the services you have requested. Photographs

Photos are often taken at events and may be posted to photo sharing and social networking sites. ABCRMC policies govern how we take and use these photos.
 
By attending ABCRMC’s events, you authorize the association to use your picture; including photographic, motion picture, electronic (video) images, and your voice (sound and video recordings).  You grant ABCRMC subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, your name, pictures of you in film or electronic (video) form, sound and video recordings of your voice, and printed and electronic copy of the information described in sections above in any and all media including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the Internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings hearings, educational conferences and in brochures and other print media. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever unless you revoke the permission in writing to ABCRMC (2267 West Yale Avenue Englewood, CO  80110).  You grant ABCRMC all right, title, and interest that you may have in all finished pictures, negatives, reproductions, and copies of the original print, and further grant ABCRMC the right to give, transfer, and exhibit the print in copies or facsimiles thereof, for marketing, communications, or advertising purposes, as it  deems fit. You waive the right to receive any payment for ABCRMC use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release. You also waive any right to inspect or approve finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, or advertising recordings and copy or printed matter or computer generated scanned image and other electronic media that may be used in conjunction therewith or to approve the eventual use that it might be applied.

Use of Cookies

Credit Card Security

ABCRMC does not disclose credit card information provided by its members and guests. If you complete a transaction on the ABCRMC site that requires the entry of credit card information, that transaction is sent to PayPal, a secure server, which will encrypt that information and send it to a clearing house.

Donations and Sales - Return Policy

ABCRMC also may solicit donations through the Site. Donations are appreciated and are considered as final sales. There is no shipping for donations and you will receive a confirmation of your donation via email.

Events and Conferences are subject to terms and conditions specific to each event, and therefore identified on their respective registration pages.

ABCRMC will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect feedback and for other business reasons. ABCRMC. encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how ABCRMC is protecting your information.  If we materially change this Privacy Policy in a way that affects how we use or disclose your personal information, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes before making them and by stating the effective date of the changes.
