The Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) program was developed and written by contractors, for contractors. There's no charge for this valuable service, and of course, your responses are strictly confidential. The STEP program provides the following benefits:

• Provides an organized approach to analyze and further develop your company's safety and loss prevention program;
• Provides a valid, objective method to measure safety program improvements;
• Provides your company with safety performance recognition that can be used as an important business development tool with clients.

STEP Award certificates for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels are presented each year at the Safety Awards Banquet.
