The Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) is a nonprofit corporation made up of four trade associations who sponsor the school.

- Sheet Metal Contractors Coalition, Inc.
CITC is an accredited sponsor of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and is approved by the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT).
