Bites & Brews with the Board

Bites & Brews with the Board
Thursday, September 13th
Wynkoop Brewing

The first ever Bites & Brews was a success! Young Professionals had a chance to get to know ABC's Board of Directors with this unique opportunity to talk to ABC's leaders about how they've gotten to where they are today and why they choose to be involved in the association, all over delicious beer and appetizer pairings. Attendees were seated in small groups and have the chance to rotate around and speak with four different board members.

Integrated Lean Project Delivery

Integrated Lean Project Delivery
Wednesday, October 10th, 2018

What if you could add more value for your customers while meeting schedule and budget requirements?

By recognizing the various types of waste in project delivery processes, you can start to increase productivity by implementing lean approaches. With a mindset shift, the silos set up by traditional delivery methods can be broken to allow architects, engineers, general contractors, trade partners and owners to closely collaborate and problem solve together.

Learn about a general contractor's leap into Integrated Project Delivery with 3 healthcare projects and the lessons learned along the way.A hands-on simulation will be included.
